A History of Problem Solving and Customer Service
From sea to summit, Toby Arnold has been a captain, guide, program director and father. From guiding clients on frozen waterfalls, in the mountains and the ocean, to rebuilding a boat and taking his family sailing from Maine to the Caribbean and back; Toby is a problem solver and creative builder.
With his work as the program director for Rippleffect, a nonprofit wilderness education program in Portland ME, he learned and experienced the value and importance of clear communication, risk management, customer service, and collaboration with clients.
